It’s our day 3 in Bangkok and our shoppings over the weekend has finally ended. Its time for us to go to the more touristy place in Bangkok.

As a start, we ate wanton noodle at a nearby shop. It was decent and cheap (I think its expensive in the eyes of the local)

I think this is the place that we ate as the image looked similar? I can’t locate the place from my Google map history.

After that, we set off to go to temple of dawn. We took the BTS all the way to Taksin and followed the crowd to the the jetty to purchase tickets.

It turns out that the temple of dawn has nothing much for us.

Unless I miss out on anything, it is simply just a large temple. All we could do is circle around the temple. That was nothing much that we can do. There was a section where you can get monks to pray for you.

Since the session ended earlier than expected, we decided to visit Icon Siam and see what’s new in this shopping mall. This map is generally a place to sell all the branded product but I am not a fan of expensive branded stuff.

We visited the food area and we amazed by it. I kind of like this area for the “cleaner” and wider variety of food.

We ordered and ate alot before we headed over to our next destination, Chinatown.

To me, this is just a place that sells goods from China. Even most of the seller barely speaks Chinese. I don’t think people should come this place in the day for shopping. If you are interested to shop rather than eat, you can visit sampiang Market in the day time.

We headed over to King Power Mahanakhon Tower to try their sky walk. Its is not a cheap experience as it cost over $30 per pax just to enter. This tower is 78 stories high, 314 metre above the ground.

We booked our tickets on Klook and redeemed at level 1 of the tower. As we went on a weekday, there was absolutely no queue to speak of and there was slightly more crowd during sunset. Also, no water is allowed as we throw all our bottles away. They sell expensive drinks and liqueurs at the top of tower.

I think it’s worth coming at least once in Bangkok.

As our last stop of the day, we went to terminal 21. This place is quite unique and has different theme based on different country. It also has the most male clothing.

We ate MK steamboat for dinner. It was quite nice? Better than the mookata.

And finally we headed home when the mall closes at 10pm.
