Durian Season is here again! It was mentioned in the news that the price of durian will drop this year so I was hoping to eat more durians than usual.

Today, we happen to chance upon a durian stall that has an seemingly long queue for durian.

All the cars were parked along the road just to buy durians.

It was only later when I realise I lived near a famous durian stall.

The stall is famous for cheap durians. While some stall charge at least $10 per kg, this stall charges $2 to $20 per durian.

In fact,

D13 – $5 a piece ($10 for 3), $2 a piece for small varient

D24 – from $5 a piece sold out

Red Prawn – $10 a piece

Pahang Old Tree – $18 per kg

King of Kings (皇中王) – $18 per kg

Black Gold – $18 per kg

Golden Phoenix – $18 per kg

We did not buy a lot and bought D13 durian, 3 for $10. It was more of value for money for us.

We had our fair shares of durian for 2 person. Our 3 durian was tasty enough and has quite a fair share of durian meat.

And by the way
