Another Week, another weekend
Job interview
This was a big weekend for me personally. I took half day and secretly went for a job interview without anybody noticing. It was really a really nerve wreaking for me when I enter the company building.
This was my first job interview in a long period and I am definitely very nervous. I kind of like the role and would definitely accept if they hire me.
Would it be wonderful if I got my 2nd job on my first try?
Things don’t usually work the way you wanted ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
Interviewer: tell me about CSOM?
Me: I don’t know about CSOM, I don’t really use it.
Interviewer: tell me about Microsoft Graph
Me: I have never used it
My chances looked slim liao. But at least it is twice longer than previous candidate.
I settled my dinner at the trusty Saizeriya. Cheap and good?
Saturday, Soccer Day
I finally had my long awaited soccer again. It was so long since I had a proper exercise. However, I think my body haven recovered, hence, my body felt kind of restless after a while of running. My leg even gave way during 1 of the run.
I enjoyed soccer as a sport, not an entertainment
I realise that I am absolutely clueless about the inter champion Cup that all my other soccer friends are going.
Over the years my relation with my soccer kakis that I have played games for more than 10 years is reduced to platoon soccer mates, nothing more, nothing less. Hmmmm.
Sunday – Doing So much
In the morning, we decided to head over to IKEA for our breakfast. The breakfast was ok as they even sells normal Singapore breakfast staples such as vegetarian bee hoon and English breakfast. The coffee and tea were cheaper than normal and it’s free flow.
We finally decided on our sofa for our new flat. All the rest remaining.
Posting my lunch as well.
In the afternoon, we attended Singapore Tea Festival at Jewel. It was quite a crowded event with lots of booth allowing you to sample tea.
Apparently, if you register at the main booth, they will give you a small cup and you can go around some of the booth and drink their tea.
We also tried the PeiPaKoa milk tea. I think it’s a acquired taste which I do not really mind? In a gist, they replaced sugar with that syrup. ๐ฉ๐ป Did not like that gast though.
We bought a random drink the stall instead.
And I finally went to Pokemon Center for the first time. I realise that it is much smaller than the shop in Japan.
By the way, the shakeshack queue is not that long at 6pm. Maybe it’s time to come and eat shakeshack. ๐๐๐
