Sentosa has a minion experience center that ran from 3 Sept 2022 to 19 March 2023. It was originally intended to end in Dec 2023 but got extended.

This experience center is housed in Sentosa, occupying the original location of the Trick Eye Museum. I guess the experience extended because they cannot get the next tenant?

The experience itself is rather short as you can finish everything within 30 min to 1 hour but we took our time to maximise our experience. There were not much people and this allowed us to take many photos within the same area or repeat certain activities.

We went on a weekday afternoon and there was almost no other visitor. You can definitely take nice photo without anybody disturbing your photos. There are literally more working staff than visitor.

Some exhibits

The whole exhibition is quite thought out. There are many “live size” display that you can take photos with. A tripod would be a good idea (If you do not want to be judged by the staff over there) to take photos given the space and lack of visitor. There are quite a number of display and activities that can be done.

Random drawing exhibit where your drawing appears on the wall
A “Versus” game where you compete to see who hit the most bana with the ball

The exhibition itself is quite expensive at $30 for adult and $22 for kids. Other than the price, I would say this exhibition is kind of worth it and well prepared. They even have a section where they let you watch a short video to recap on the story. Kids under 4 years old can even enter for free.

Since the exhibition is ending soon, it may be a good idea to head over there to have a look.
